As a DE&I practitioner in a Fortune 50 and entrepreneur, founder Azsure Dorton introduced programming that struck a nerve, and resonated with thousands of employees. Recognizing the emotional craving for support among marginalized employee groups, Dorton expanded her passion to form We Culture, helping more companies elevate the value and power of their employees.
Our Founder
Azsure Dorton (she/her) I identify as CIS gendered, Blackfeet, wife, and mother of two amazing children. I have 20 years in leadership at a Fortune 50 Company and experience leading DE&I and coaching efforts. I am passionate about helping individuals connect with their own value, as well as developing leaders. CV includes Masters of Science Information Technology Management, CPCU, CLU, CISA, AWS Cloud Practitioner and GCP Cloud Digital Leader.
